When browsing, do you at times get a “not provided” response from the web page that you are trying to access? It’s a common occurrence with Google analytics and gets many people worked-up especially when trying to get information from the sites they visit.

Google analytics is a free service offered by Google that produces accurate figures about website visitors and traffic. It’s the most widely used product aimed at web marketers and owners. Google analytics track web visitors from various sources such as search engines, pay per click networks, page adverts and other links. Google analytics helps marketers as it helps determine which ad pages are performing and shows information that will help in page optimization.

On the other hand visitors to Google Analytics enabled webpages may receive a frustrating “not provided” response which makes many ask: What does not provided mean in Google analytics? It simply means that your search is encrypted with secure socket layers. When searching for information, the searched query will not be provided. This information has a lot of negative effects to both the visitor in search of content information and the content creator or the owner of the website. For those in search of content, it means not getting information desired and declining any transaction or communication with the webpage. To the website owner, it means lost of revenue, portrays unreliability and loss of keyword data management. The content creator will not be able to accurately access his page ratings and even more frustrating is that you will know that someone visited your webpage but won’t gather more information as to what they did with the webpage.

Not provided Google analytics has a negative impact on search engine optimization. The page ranking will decrease to poor visibility of your page activities and loss of potential clients. This means creating new SEO strategies that will be able to counter all the negative effects experienced as a result. Getting new web page keyword, search for useful content and allow visitors access to the page. SEO strategies like getting ahead of your competitors will help restore your online reputation and gain confidence of your visitors once again. For more positive results, some optimization of your webpage would do just fine and help rebuild and restore traffic on your page as well. If you notice not provided traffic from your visitors, do something to improve your webpage.

Here’s a great (and funny) top 10 April fools prank video from YouTube. I think you will thoroughly enjoy this as much as I did. From the infamous Jason, from Friday the 13th psycho path, giant monkey’s jumping out of fridges, kid getting kicked off a garbage can, Coka Cola explosions, freaks with masks scaring the hell out of unsuspected sleepers, flour douching, and, my favorite…. Drum roll please… pouring crickets on shower guy. Woot!

Enjoy the video below my istediginkod readers:
